Standard lead time is approximately 10-15 business days unless otherwise noted. Many products are available with a rush service. Please contact a representative for more information.

Shipping

On websites where shipping is charged, shipping rates are calculated based on real-time rates and will be added to your order in checkout. International shipments will have additional duties and taxes included in the real-time shipping charge.

In our commitment to reducing waste, each order is custom produced on demand. We take pride in our dedication to sourcing quality products. As all items are made to order, we do not accept merchandise returns. Please check sizing and apparel charts prior to finalizing orders. If you have received a defective item or the incorrect item/artwork, please contact us as clientcare@omnisourcemarketing.com and provide the following information:

• An image of the item
• Details regarding the item or artowrk issue
• Order #

*Please note that any return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your items and is subject to approval. The items must be in new, unused condition. If your return is approved, restocking fees may be applicable.
