Users can create an account by clicking the Sign In/Register link at the top right corner of the screen. Mobile users can click the menu navigation button, which will open a dropdown menu, and click the Sign In/Register link there.
On the Sign In/Register form there will be a link to change a password.
Make sure to include capital letters, numbers, and special characters to make this error go away.
