All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your shipment, and must be authorized and coordinated by phone. Call 1-800-536-1235 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST.
Apparel: Decorated apparel is made to order, and returns will be accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or decorated incorrectly. Returns due to incorrect size will not be authorized. Please check product measurements and descriptions carefully before ordering to ensure a correct fit.
Hard Goods: As long as the merchandise is in “as new” condition, you may return your purchase with the original packaging. If the return is due to an error on our part (defect, wrong item), we will reimburse you for the return freight.
